Care

Silicone Training Cup + Straw may be cleaned by hand or dishwasher. To clean: wash with warm, soapy water and let air dry.

Warning

Adult supervision required. Babies and children should not be left alone with any feeding products at any time. If microwave heating, vent lid to avoid pressure build up and check temperature before drinking. Maximum temperature 350 degrees F.

We strive for a 2-3 day turnaround for fulfillment. This timeframe is prior to USPS scanning your package into their system. We offer two USPS shipping methods, First Class shipping (5-7 business days) and Priority shipping (2-3 business day). Free shipping on orders over $50 is only eligible with First Class shipping.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized orders
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags in place, no stains or foul odors. Only store credit is issued.

We do not accept cancellations
