Please Note: Height is dependent upon length selection and is automatically set to be proportionate. The longer the length, the bigger letters will appear, especially with a shorter name. The shorter the length, the smaller letters will appear, especially with a longer name.

Please double check your spelling when you place your order. Decals will be printed as entered. The Academic style comes in all caps, the Century style can be all lowercase, or capitalized as you have typed, ex: hadley, Hadley, HADLEY.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We strive for a 2-3 day turnaround for fulfillment. This timeframe is prior to USPS scanning your package into their system. We offer two USPS shipping methods, First Class shipping (5-7 business days) and Priority shipping (2-3 business day). Free shipping on orders over $50 is only eligible with First Class shipping.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized orders
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Tags in place, no stains or foul odors. Only store credit is issued.

We do not accept cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
